The difference between guessing and knowing
Same business. Same bank account. One of them is flying blind.
- Gross margin? I’d have to ask the bookkeeper.
- Did that big invoice ever actually get paid?
- QuickBooks says 71%. That can’t be right…
- Can I afford to hire? No idea until close.
- Last month-end close: 17 days ago.
- Your real gross margin is 55%. $60K of field labor was misfiled and corrected.
- Set aside $18,925 this month for taxes. Before you spend it.
- $18,250 overdue across 5 customers. One tap drafts each reminder.
- A ~7% price increase ≈ $27K/yr more profit. Here’s the note to send.

Built by an industry insider
Ando wasn't built by fintech outsiders. It was built by an operator who's spent his career inside home services: on the marketing side, in the operator's seat as a COO, and leading at the software company that serves the industry. That's why Ando speaks pest control, lawn care, and HVAC, not off-the-shelf finance.

What owners are saying
From home service businesses across the US
“We found $3,200/month in recurring charges we'd forgotten about in the first week. More than paid for itself before the trial ended.”

Common questions
Everything you need to know before you connect.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. QuickBooks connections use Intuit's official OAuth (read-only; Ando can never edit your books). Bank connections use Plaid, the same technology behind Venmo and Robinhood. Both are read-only: Ando can see your numbers but can never move money or modify anything. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Do I need an accountant or bookkeeper to use Ando?
No. Ando is designed for owners who do their own finances. You get the same level of insight a good bookkeeper would give you, automatically, without any manual data entry.
What banks does Ando support?
Ando connects to 12,000+ US financial institutions via Plaid, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and most regional banks and credit unions.
How is this different from QuickBooks?
QuickBooks tracks what happened: transactions, categories, your P&L. Ando reads those numbers and tells you what to do about them: which margin leaks to fix, which customers to call about overdue invoices, whether cash is on track. Connect your QuickBooks and Ando layers intelligence on top. No double-entry, no journal entries.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No credit card required to start. You get 14 days free, then $99/month if you decide to continue. Cancel anytime, no contracts.
What if I have multiple bank accounts?
You can connect as many accounts as you want. Ando shows a combined view across all connected accounts for a complete picture of your business finances.
